Promotional terms: how extra offers work
There is no magic here, only rules
One account, one opportunity
The same promotion cannot be taken repeatedly; if a new notice has different terms, those apply
Terms cannot be combined together
Whether two separate offers can run together is written on the offer page
Time limit: 24 hours to 7 days
Offer duration varies by promotion; delaying may end the opportunity
Wrong information means trouble
If name, number, or account information is incorrect, verification may be delayed and support may be required

Eligibility and User Agreement

Age and identity
If not of legal age, the account cannot be operated; additional verification may be required
Your own account
Logging in for someone else, or multiple people using the same account is not allowed
Keep private information
Keep passwords, OTPs, and device access secure; sign out if you log in on a public phone
Misuse will not be
If bots, fake registrations, or misleading information are detected, the account may be restricted

What happens if terms
Less drama here, more steps
First step: caution
A warning may come first for small mistakes; read the message to fix the mistake
Second step: restriction
If the same mistake is repeated, some features may be disabled; this is the common process
Third step: account suspension
In case of serious violations, the account may be temporarily closed; the decision may change after review
Explain to Support
If there is a misunderstanding, provide a clear explanation to Support; many people from Dhaka solve it this way
